Fresh political violence flares in Pakistan city (AP)

A flood victim carries a bottle of water, filled from a hand pump, on her head while taking refuge in makeshift relief camp with her family in Sukkur, in Pakistan's Sindh province August 20, 2010. Pakistan said it will clamp down on charities linked to Islamist militants trying to exploit anger among flood victims, amid fears their involvement in the relief effort would undermine the fight against groups like the Taliban.
