Haiti earthquake opens window on dismal prisons (AP)

A 19-year-old boy, who spent four years in jail without being charged or face a judge, speaks with the Associated Press on condition of anonymity because of his legal situation, in Port-au-Prince, Saturday, March 6, 2010.
