germans lost because karl marx only entered in the end! he didnt have time to think properly!!!
Was this before the days of the 4th official?
@izzy160907
No, it was second half.
Ah thanks, didn’t think it would be that simple!
no, this happend in the second half, sides had been flipped at this point
Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t the Greeks score an own goal?
It is pronounced that way in modern Greek, true, but Ancient Greek was known to be pronounced differently; it had more vowels, for one.
I don’t think they were trying to be accurate with the pronunciation of “Eureka”, that’s just the way it’s pronounced in English.
‘and Karl Marx is claiming it was offside’
love that
The Best Python Sketch ever!
pure class!
I thought that was John Cleese as Archimedes.
It’s also amusing that Beckenbauer, the only one dressed in proper football kit, is looking around thinking, “What the fock is going on?!!!”.
Archimedes looked handy with the keepy-ups. Wonder if that was a pro footballer?
This is funny. GO GREEKS!!!!.
Hail Satan.
haha karl marx warm up , hillarious
