Positive Footprints - Vietnam Village Trek

Positive Footprints - Vietnam Village Trek - tells the story of how a group of committed healthcare professionals gave their time and expertise to bring medical care to remote villages in the Mai Chau Highlands, Northern Vietnam. Supported by local physicians, nurses and other volunteers, working under basic conditions and oppressive heat, see first hand the positive impact medical care and the sharing of knowledge can have on the immediate and lasting health of remote communities. This filming of this documentary was proudly supported by Bupa International, SCC, Global Impact and Buffalo Tours. We’d also like to warmly thank the 2226 customers of WorldNomads.com who donated AUD$6000 via Footprintsnetwork.org to fund medical supplies for this trip including antibiotics, antibacterials, respiratory, diarrhoea and pain relief drugs plus vitamins for 1000 people in the Hang Kia and Bao La villages.
