What is the best cellular international service ?
I’m wondering what features I should look for in a phone to allow me to get the best international cellular coverage. If cost isn’t an issue, who has the best network for truly international coverage: europe, japan, india, south america ?

i think t-mobile is international and they did win j.d. power and associates award
