Report: Amputations without anesthesia in NKorea (AP)

AP - North Korea’s health care system is in shambles, with doctors sometimes performing amputations without anesthesia and working by candlelight in hospitals lacking essential medicine, heat and power, a rights watchdog said Thursday.
