@jamesjdm i wouldn’t say 360 was a failure. I’d choose a 360cs over a 430 scuderia any day, but maybe thats just me.

look at that nsx where’s f430

@Exowar01 it is called having less weight and S-tyres which makes a huge diffrence not to mention the hard rock chassis and suspension settings, over 400kg diffrence between the type R and some of those cars .
Don’t take me wrong, the NSX-R is a master piece but a price.

@azcheron You’re an idiot

@Exowar01 I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU! yeah! these cars should have the same power as the NSX-R! if only the NSX-R didn’t overheat!

That NSX-R is AWESOME!!!

The honda Nsx - R was and will always be THE japanese masterpiece, a car that has 280 Hp vs cars with 500 hp ++ And Can Give them a realy hard time on the track is a proof that great engeneering isnt at all about how much Hp the car has but the balance.

just imagine an Nsx-r with 400-450 hp it would rape all the cars that exist nowadays.

The M3 CSL is awesome, but can’t compete with this bunch…bit unfair.

The NSX-R has aged well. Taking on newer and more powerful cars and giving them a run for their money. Its just shows the incredible capabilities of this machine when a skilled driver is behind the wheels.

This was a nice video.I`d rather like to see a race between newer models of these cars …like the Murcielago Lp670-4SV,Ferrari F430 scuderia,Gallardo Lp570-4SV,Porsche GT3 RS…etc…and probably,the Lambo`s would win 1st and 2nd places…5* from me!

LAMBOS FTW

Im pretty sure they only commented on the lambo’s tires.

Good point, definitely agree.

OK so power doesn’t mean shit in a race and tyres being the wrong ones doesn’t matter either?
Damn. There goes every theory of physics and every race car design for the last 100 years then.
The difference of good tyres and great tyres can be 4s/lap on that track. Check out some of the all Japan or formula nippon’s when they get tyre choice wrong. Having more weight, power and tyre means the compound is even more important.
Go learn.

If you knew ANYTHING you would know that the tires on the lambo arent bad tires at all…they were just not right for THAT particular track and battle. The lambo comes with decent tires. It’s just a big heavy car…like 4000lbs. The NSXR is just that much more agile. Even with the same tires on both cars…the NSXR would have still be competitive. Power doesn’t mean shit.

DUDE LOL! Tyres are important when you’re trying to put huge power through them - even more so at a track where you’re trying to corner too.
I bet you would be calling foul if the NSX was on crossplys and the rest on slicks.

You must have no clue what you’re talking about…

Now go back to you’re room in your moms house you little mong.

LOL! dude you have no clue what youre talking about.. they have done this race another time as well with even better ferraris and a better gallardo and the NSX was still in first most the race. They are all using the tires that come OEM on cars. The NSXR is a track ready, handling and braking machine. Power is nothing without control. HONDA!

Another good point is many manufacturers offer several tire options, like they do for breaks. I’m not sure about the Lamo’s if that’s the case or not, but it very well could be. I’ve also seen in other BMI videos that they will add better tires to the NSX so it can balance the hp loss…maybe that was the case since it was the only one with the right tires…?

That’s a fair point. I just think it would be good to see them on a level playing field because at that level no owner is going to worry about buying a set of sticky tyres.

Although I agree with you to some degree, I still think it’s the manufacturers’ fault for not putting appropriate tyres on their sportscars. This shows how track-oriented Honda Type-R models really are.
The same goes even more for the M3 CSL though, as it was deliverd with S-Tyres as stock equipment.

I love the way at the end they mention that the non JDM cars weren’t on the right tyres. That sort of gives away how a 280hp nsx can live with 500+hp lambo’s.
Put the same tyres on them all and drivers of the same skill level then see where the nsx finishes (I’m betting somewhere in the last 2).

I think it’s for recording the images and audio

O.o

thank you.

are u fucking serious? how the fuck can you say that when you see how damn well they’re driving them. I doubt youll ever be a fraction of what these drivers are. get back into your basement.
