I’m doing a 15 minute presentation on the international and domestic laws that are important to the situation regarding Gaza. There seem to be many laws and ideas, so what are some of the more important laws I should research for it?
Thanks! Links would help a lot

The Holy Scripture.

Note: There is NO Palestine and no palestinian people. Arafat was Egyptian.

The Balfour Declaration
The British Mandate
1948 borders.
1967 War and borders.

“Palestinian” terrorists use their own people as human shields; they shoot rockets into Gaza aimed at civilian sites. They (palestinians) are attempting to smuggle weapons into Gaza —- those aren’t love boats —- the terrorists care nothing for human life and the goal is to annhilate the Jews.

The Jews have given up land and exhausted every means to live peaceably with them. There will never be a 2-state solution.

How about:

Israel’s blockade of Gaza is a clear violation of international humanitarian law, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has said.

While I am religious, unfortunately Holy Scripture is not binding law these days…So we must look at the laws violated by the people on the flotilla as described through bodies of international law. For example, the UN.

Go to the UN link I posted and read:
Convention 8: “2005 Protocol to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Maritime Navigation ”

Convention 3: “3.1999 International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism”

Also, sovereign nations have the right (like the US) to defend their borders, just as Israel did and does.
